Pays you 1 cent per click, 10 cents for every user that you refer, 10% of the revenue generated by your referrals and $2 for every referral who upgraded. I received $2 for one of my referral upgrades so I know they do pay. They pay you via check, minimum amount to cash out is $10 but with every check they charge a $3 processing fee, so I only request a check once I have $50.
The only down side is that they don't have many ads. They mention that on the site that premium members have more ads to click but I've not upgraded yet so can't give you any insight on that.
